Joël works with Counterpoint on various aspects of populist mobilisation and politics. A specialist in electoral behaviour, he is a regular contributor to our electoral study projects.

A political scientist based at Science Po in Paris and at the Institut d’Études politiques in Aix-en-Provence, his research interests include electoral sociology and the Front national.
