Matthieu Blondeau is an expert in EU and French policy-making. He works with us on some of our key environmental policy projects.
For the past seven years, he has been Head of Strategy and Communication of the European Parliament in France. In his post, he was also the national strategist and planner for the European elections’ institutional mobilization campaigns in 2014 and 2019. Matthieu has worked in corporate communication and image consulting for several decades, both for the private and public sector. He has extensive experience in the deployment of sensitive communication campaigns in the agri-food, biotechnology and telecommunications sector.
Mathieu also lectures in Institutional Communication for the Master II European Projects, University of Lille II, as well as for the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Lille, Paris IV Sorbonne, CELSA, Institut Supérieur de Gestion, Brandeis University.
