50ft Women Mentoring

50ft Women is a not-for-profit cross-industry mentoring programme for young women in the workplace. We facilitate thoughtful, supportive and productive mentoring relationships between inspirational senior professionals and talented young women in their first years of work. The 50ft Women programme includes formal mentoring training for senior-level professionals, one-to-one mentoring sessions and regular whole-group events to equip mentees with the necessary skills, confidence and networks they need to succeed. 50ft Women mentoring provides the time and space needed to understand an industry, build professional support networks, sharpen career goals, plot paths, allay fears and build confidence.

The scheme is financially supported by our consultancy work. To help organisations attract,  promote and retain female talent we offer bespoke in-house training sessions for mentors and mentees, organisational research and assessment, access to network events and workshops, online resources and support forums, internal scheme management and impact evaluation.

The next round of mentoring starts in January 2015. If you would like to get involved as a mentor or as a mentee, please email info[at]counterpoint.uk.com
