Counterpoint’s Catherine Fieschi contribution the ‘culture’ debate, of which the ‘Diamonds aren’t forever’  debacle at Barclays is only the most recent crisis in which the ‘C-word’ has been rolled out. She argues if we are going to be serious about culture, we must also be serious about reform.
